Q/    When I click on a Hyperlink in the Site nothing happens

A/    It is probably because your computer browser is set to the highest security setting and does not allow you to open additional "Browser Pages" ...... We are currently looking into this problem without having to lose the multi-page viewing facility


Q/    When I  do a Search using Google within the web site I cannot find an item that I am sure is there

A/    We have 2 search functions in the site one is the Google Search which is Mega Quick but only searches in pages that Google has searched and cached ... Since this process, we have calculated, takes about 30 days, newer items may not be found. If this is the case revert to the server side search facility which is slower but normal finds what you want..
