Anna Leijonhufvud is a Legal Counsel and the Managing Director of Aerialegal AB, holding a Master of Law LL.M. Degree from the Faculty of Law at Lund University, Sweden.

Anna has over 15 years of professional experience in the aviation industry, starting her career at a Swedish audit firm in 1995.

In 1996 she joined one of the largest aircraft leasing companies, initially based in Malmo, Sweden, and following an acquisition of the company in 2001, based at the headquarter at Schiphol, Amsterdam, the Netherlands, and at the branch-office in Fort Lauderdale, USA, holding the position of Vice President Legal Counsel.

Her work included negotiating and executing aircraft leasing transactions with airlines in over 40 countries, aircraft sales and acquisitions, portfolio securitazations, cross-border financing and large forward order purchase contracts with aircraft and engine manufacturers, as well as monitoring corporate legal compliance and due diligence matters.

In 2008 she started Aerialegal AB, a Swedish limited liability company.
